Wendy Chants has created a "Bible" that explains the physiological reason we are all struggling with our weight in a logical manner that we can all identify with. The plan is simple and very do-able. I highly recommend this book to anyone with a weight issue!

this is an excellent guide for weight loss - my daughter and I lost 10 lbs within the 1st 2 weeks - it is an easy guide to follow; however you have to make a committment to change the way you eat

The only reason I didn't give this book five stars is because the editing could have been better...but the content as a whole is amazing. I'm on the end of my sixth week following this plan and am no longer a slave to the scale, no longer controlled by food. I lost 80 pounds following very low carb, very low calorie diet....had some health issues from the calories being so low and then spent a year gaining and losing the same 10 pounds...I would do low carb, then binge on carbs, and repeated that cycle ...
