My step-mom decided to waste money not once, but twice, getting one for my 6yo brother, and 5yo nephew...both of them(the blue one) if you press it's stomach right say, and I quote:
"It's time to get f*cked up!"
That is not appropriate for kids at all, and we will be seeking legal advice on this toy!

Yes, I fell for the marketing. I saw it spotlighted during the Christmas season and I thought why not. Well before you make the same mistake let me tell you how incredibly annoying this toy is. It is loud, frustrating and has no obvious on/off switch. Therefore my kids refuse to have it in their rooms because it will unexpectatedly go off in the middle of the night. It will play your ipod or simaler mp3 player but it adds so much noise that it really isn't worth it. It does not dance like it was advertised to do. In fact it will hardly stay in the position that it is pictured in. I will say that this was a complete waste of money and is about to be donated.

This product is great if you want to see it light up and play its tunes. It does not move or dance like it is marketed.
Rating:  - GRANDSON'S DREAM
MY 5 YEAR OLD GRANDSON WAS SO DELIGHTED WITH IZ HE WANTS ANOTHER
ONE SO HIS IZ CAN HAVE A FRIEND. OR IT'S HIS CLEAVER WAY TO HAVE
ALL THE COLORS. BUT HE WAKES EVERYONE UP EACH MORNING WITH IZ.

Got a couple of these for the kids, good fun, well made. It looses a star because it seems when you patch through your iPod music to use the speaker the IZ puts in its music sounds-which is realy terrible, maybe there is a way to turn IZ off and just use speaker. Otherwise they are super tough and look great on the shelf.
